A priest of the Diocese of Worcester, Massachusetts, Monsignor Francis D. Kelly is superior of Casa Santa Maria, a house for English-speaking priests pursuing graduate studies in Rome. He is former rector of Blessed John XXIII National Seminary in Weston, Massachusetts and past executive director of the department of religious education at the National Catholic Educational Association.
