This Series Begins on August 19, 2020!
The family is the heart of society, and each family is unique and beautiful in its own way. But when we say “family,” we don’t just mean two parents and a handful of children. The concept of “family” and the reality of “the domestic Church” is varied and diverse, inclusive of single men and women, priests and religious sisters and brothers, married parents, single parents, grandparents, young children, grown children, grandchildren, and everything in between. No family is a repeat of another, yet each family—and every version of it—is called to strive for holiness and be a witness of God’s love to the world.
Ave Explores: Catholic Family Life will explore the diversity and uniqueness of families, discuss how families are the first teachers of the faith and the home is the first experience of the Church, and share ways that the family is critically important within the Church and can profoundly impact the world.
