Andrés Arango is the bishop’s delegate for Hispanic ministry and director of evangelization for the Diocese of Camden, New Jersey. He has served various ministries in Catholic Charismatic Renewal since 1995, including serving for two terms as chairman of the National Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Renewal Executive Committee in the United States and Canada. A native of Columbia, he moved to the United States in 2001.

Arango is the president of the Latin American Catholic Charismatic Council and serves as a consulting member of the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services and as a consultant to the USCCB’s Subcommittee on Hispanic Affairs. He has a master’s degree in theological studies from the Franciscan School of Theology.

He and his wife, Kathia, are active lay ministers who teach and preach at retreats and conferences worldwide. They live in New Jersey with their family.

 

Andrés Arango es el delegado del obispo para el ministerio hispano y director de evangelización en la diócesis de Camden, New Jersey. Ha servido en diversos ministerios de la Renovación Carismática Católica desde 1995, incluyendo dos turnos como presidente del Comité Nacional de la Renovación Carismática Católica en los Estados Unidos y Canadá. Originario de Colombia, se trasladó a los Estados Unidos en 2001.

Arango es presidente del Consejo Carismático Católico Latinoamericano y es consultor del Subcomité de Asuntos Hispanos de USCCB. Tiene un Masters en estudios teológicos de Franciscan School of Theology.

Él y su esposa, Kathia, son ministros laicos activos que enseñan y predican en retiros y conferencias por todo el mundo. Viven en New Jersey con su familia.
