Anthony Garascia is the author of the popular marriage preparation programs Before “I Do” and Catholic Remarriage, as well as other books. He holds a masters degree in Counseling from Indiana University, a masters degree in Liturgical Studies from The Catholic University of America and has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Notre Dame. He is President of the International Organization of Marianist Lay Communities. For 21 years he served as Pastoral Associate at St. Pius X parish, Granger, Indiana, as Adult Educator, RCIA Director, and Marriage and Family Therapist. He is currently the Clinical Director at the Samaritan Counseling Center in South Bend, Indiana, where he and his wife, Beth, live. They have three grown children.
