Daughter
Before you were conceived in your mother’s womb, you became a beloved daughter of the Father. He chose you from the foundation of the world and willed your conception. The moment you were conceived, you also became a daughter of your mother and father.
Sister
Whether or not you have siblings, you are a sister. You became a sister when you entered this world. We all share a common humanity and have the same Creator. Apart from siblings, you may have cousins or friends who were like brothers and sisters.
Bride
Whether or not you are married, you are a bride. Christ is your eternal Bridegroom. He delights in you. He nourishes and cherishes you, beyond the capacity of any boyfriend or husband.
Mother
Whether you have biological or spiritual children, you are called to be a mother. Our Blessed Mother, Mary, is the model for all mothers. By God’s design, mothers are meant to be open to life; to love their children unconditionally; and to nurture, protect, teach, guide, and bless their children.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I renounce the lie that ___________ (“I am alone,” “I am ugly,” “Nothing will ever change,” “I am not loved,” “If I trust I will die,” etc.). And in Jesus’ name, and through the Holy Spirit, I ask you, Father, to reveal the truth of my identity where these identity lies have taken hold of my heart. Amen.
