Annika Nelson is an award-winning visual artist whose work crosses cultural borders, stimulates dialogue between generations, and portrays images of everyday life and the environment through her colorful prints and illustrations. She has illustrated several books and her work has appeared in such publications as Cricket and the San Diego Union Tribune and has been used by such companies as Patagonia and Elite Racing. Nelson received her degree in studio art from the University of California at Santa Cruz and studied printmaking for a year at the Hochschule fur Angewandete Kunst in Vienna, Austria.
