In these challenging times, we all need extra grace and St Ignatius Loyola recommends returning to the graces God has shared with us with a spirit of gratitude to renew a sense of peace and trust in the moment. St Ignatius invites us to “ask for interior knowledge of all the great good I have received, in order that, stirred to profound gratitude I may become able to love and serve the Divine Majesty in all things” (Spiritual Exercises, 233).
